DNB International is the network for all international colleagues within DNB.
International environment
You might not expect it from De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), but our organisation is home to more than 30 different nationalities. DNB International supports and advises our international colleagues, helping them navigate the organisation and providing insights into Dutch culture and working life.
The network also advocates for a more inclusive and accessible workplace. As part of the Diversity Board, DNB International promotes the availability of English-language documentation across the organisation and supports access to Dutch language courses.
Inclusion and connection
At DNB, we want everyone to feel connected and engaged, including colleagues with an international background. All employees are welcome to join the activities organised by DNB International, regardless of their nationality or background.
By bringing people together and fostering cultural exchange, the network helps DNB continue to grow as an international organisation enriched by diverse perspectives, experiences and ideas.
Activities
DNB International organises a wide range of events and initiatives, from informal social gatherings that connect colleagues across the organisation to programmes that offer inspiration, support and professional development.
Examples include Language Cafés, International Cuisine Days, presentations on pursuing an international career, and the development of a mentorship programme. Through these activities, DNB International provides international employees with a supportive community while actively ensuring that they feel seen, heard and valued within the organisation.
